Arlington, Texas

Charles Alexander has been the service manager for Sound Idea, Inc. in Arlington Texas for over twenty years.  Sound Idea was a Phase Linear dealer from 1972 until the early 1980s and carried all Phase Linear's products. Alexander himself is a degreed electrical engineer, audio designer and service technician.

On the Links page you will note the first link listed is the Official Phase Linear (Lynnwood) Home Page. This site is run by Dean, who was the last factory-trained service technician for the company in Washington. To this day Dean is very busy with repairs on Phase Linear equipment, but if you are willing to be patient, and Dean has the time, he may be able to repair your Phase Linear component.
